You can delete one evidence batch or remove your whole account.
Delete one evidence batch
- Sign in and open Evidence Center.
- Find the batch. Export it first if you want a copy.
- Select Delete, check what will be removed, and confirm once more.
Delete your whole account
- Open Settings → Account & Security → Delete account.
- Enter your current password.
- Confirm once more to finish.
Your account, comments, drafts, uploaded files, reports, and login sessions are removed from the online service and cannot be restored. Existing backups, if any, are removed through backup rotation. Calmanta does not currently promise a fixed rotation period.
If you cannot use the app, email jimmyoyjh189@outlook.com. Include only your username and deletion request. Never email a password, identity document, or access token.
Social platforms
If Instagram is connected, open Calmanta's platform connection settings and select Disconnect. Calmanta removes its encrypted platform token and attempts to remove webhook subscriptions. You can also revoke authorization from Instagram's Apps and Websites page. Calmanta does not store an Instagram password, cookie, or browser session. Deleting the Calmanta account also deletes the associated platform connection.
