Calmanta Data Deletion

Last updated: 2026-08-23Private beta

This page describes the deletion options that actually exist in the current Calmanta private beta.

Delete evidence

  1. Sign in to Calmanta and open Evidence Storage.
  2. Open the batch organized by capture date and export anything you need.
  3. Select Delete, review the affected comments and attachments, and complete the second confirmation.

A batch containing unresolved review drafts must be resolved before deletion so an approved action cannot be separated from its audit record.

Social-platform connections

The current beta does not connect to Instagram or another social platform through OAuth or an official platform API. It therefore has no platform authorization to revoke and does not store social-platform passwords, cookies, browser sessions, or access tokens.

Request deletion of a beta account

The beta does not yet provide a self-service account-deletion button or automated account-deletion API. To request deletion, email jimmyoyjh189@outlook.com from the address associated with the beta account. Include only the Calmanta username and the request type. Do not email passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or social-platform cookies.

After reasonable identity verification, an administrator will disable the account and manually remove its beta account records, submitted comments, drafts, evidence attachments, review history, and active login sessions. This process must be verified before the request is marked complete.

Retention during the private beta

Test data is retained until the tester deletes the relevant evidence, requests deletion, or the private test ends. Calmanta does not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period or a separately verified backup-rotation period.
