This notice explains how 伽马加速器创新发展研究院(广州)有限公司, using the Gamma Acc. studio name, operates the Calmanta invitation-only private beta.
1. Current beta scope
Testers may manually provide comments and limited context or actively connect their own Instagram Professional Account through official Instagram OAuth. After authorization, Calmanta uses only the official API to read the connected account's basic profile, owned media, and comments for risk review, evidence organization, and measured reply drafting. Calmanta does not read a signed-in browser or store an Instagram password or cookie. Production sending and content publishing remain disabled. Other platforms are not connected.
2. Information currently processed
- Calmanta username, optional display name, optional profile photo, password hash, and login-session records. The beta does not ask for birth date, age, or gender.
- Comments, post context, account labels, media identifiers, and timestamps submitted manually or obtained through an authorized Instagram official API connection.
- The connected Instagram account identifier and label, granted permissions, sync status, and an encrypted access token with its expiration time.
- Optional evidence images or attachments that a tester chooses to upload.
- Risk classifications, explanations, drafts, edits, approvals, and audit records.
- When a tester reports an AI draft: the reported draft, reason, and optional note.
- Limited request, error, security, reliability, and storage-usage records.
3. How we use information
Information is used only to operate the requested beta functions, protect accounts, troubleshoot the service, provide support, and maintain audit records. The beta has no advertising system and 伽马加速器创新发展研究院(广州)有限公司 does not sell submitted test data.
4. Llama and AI processing
Calmanta currently calls the meta-llama/Llama-3.3-70B-Instruct model through Hugging Face Inference Providers with the underlying inference route fixed to Novita AI. Submitted comment text and the minimum context needed for analysis may therefore be processed by Hugging Face and Novita AI. Testers must not submit browser passwords, cookies, sessions, access tokens, identity documents, or unnecessary private information.
5. Service providers and disclosure
- Vercel provides the serverless API hosting and runtime logs.
- Supabase provides the PostgreSQL database.
- Cloudflare R2 provides private object storage for uploaded files.
- Hugging Face Inference Providers routes requests to the configured Llama model through the fixed Novita AI route.
- Novita AI performs the routed Llama model inference.
- Meta/Instagram provides account authorization, account and media information, comment access, and webhook notifications.
These providers may process information in regions outside mainland China. A broader public launch and its cross-border data requirements have not yet been approved. Service providers also process data under their own applicable terms and privacy documentation.
6. Security and retention
Calmanta uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, short-lived login tokens, encrypted social-platform access tokens, access controls, tenant-aware database queries, private object storage, and audit records. Test data stays until the tester deletes it or the private test ends. Account deletion removes online database records, files, and platform connections. Existing backups, if any, are removed through backup rotation; Calmanta does not currently promise a fixed backup-rotation period.
7. User controls
Testers can edit, reject, or report AI drafts, export or delete evidence, and disconnect Instagram at any time. Disconnecting removes Calmanta's encrypted platform token and attempts to remove webhook subscriptions; authorization can also be revoked from Instagram's Apps and Websites page. To delete the whole account, open Settings → Account & Security → Delete account, enter the current password, and confirm once more. The account, comments, drafts, uploaded files, platform connections, reports, and login sessions are then removed from the online service and cannot be restored. If the app is unavailable, use the contact email below.
8. Age limit
The current private beta is limited to invited testers aged 18 or older. Support for users aged 16 or 17 is being evaluated but is not enabled until appropriate age notice, privacy, safety, complaint, and deletion controls are in place.
