These Terms apply to the Calmanta private beta provided by 伽马加速器创新发展研究院（广州）有限公司. By using Calmanta, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable law.
1. Beta eligibility and accounts
- The service is currently limited to invited testers who are at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
- You may connect only social-platform accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Calmanta for harassment, threats, hateful attacks, spam, deception, privacy violations, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to evade platform rules or safety controls. Do not try to obtain another person's password, token, cookie, or private data.
3. AI drafts and human decisions
Calmanta can analyze comments and prepare reply drafts, but AI can be wrong. You must review each draft, its facts, tone, and risks before deciding whether to use it. Production sending remains disabled during the current private beta; generating a draft or recording an approval does not automatically send or publish anything to an external platform.
4. Third-party platforms
Instagram and other third-party platforms are operated by their respective providers and remain subject to their own terms, permissions, and technical limits. Calmanta does not control or guarantee the continued availability of a third-party API.
5. Data and privacy
See the Privacy Notice for data practices and the Data Deletion instructions for deletion options. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, or private information that is not necessary for the task.
6. Beta availability
The private beta may change, experience interruptions, or remove features. Calmanta is not an emergency service and does not provide legal, medical, or other professional advice. Real-world threats, exposed private information, and legal matters should be handled by the user, the relevant platform, or an appropriate professional.
7. Suspension or termination
Calmanta may suspend or end beta access to protect users, platforms, and system security when it identifies abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorized account access, or attempts to bypass safety controls.
